Who are we?
Our principal, Mike
Hallen, is a solicitor with over 20 years experience. He is also
a
part time Employment Tribunal Judge with over 10 years experience of
judging disputes and has a unique insight into the workings of the
Employment Tribunal system. He is happy to advise
on all aspects of employment law.
After
working for a number of years in both
the private and public sectors, our principal found that specialist
services in Employment Law were limited for both individuals and for
company clients. Legal aid was not available for employees so
they were often prevented by high legal costs from having legal
representation in Employment Tribunals.
Company
clients on the other hand had to pay
high hourly rates for specialist employment advice and representation
charged by city lawyers.
