Employee Services - Compromise Agreements Following a dispute at work or if you are facing redundancy, you may have been given a Compromise Agreement. This will need to be dealt with by your taking advice from an independent qualified lawyer. The cost of this will usually be covered by your employer. We will explain your rights and, if you wish to proceed, advise you on the terms of the agreement.
Whilst you will ultimately remain responsible for our fees, unless a large amount of negotiating is required, the employer’s contribution is likely to cover your fees. We would initially ask for you to send us a copy of the agreement and meet you at your convenience to offer our advice. |
