Employee Services - No Win No Fee

The firm undertakes Employment Tribunal litigation on a “no win, no fee basis”.  It is one of only a few specialist Employment Law firms that undertake such work.  After the initial fixed fee consultation, our Principal will advise you if you are eligible for this service.

If the case is taken on by us on a 'no win no fee' basis, we will only charge our fee if we win your case.  The charge will be an agreed percentage of the compensation that we recover for you.
